The warfare AI should get an ADHD assessment, especially for sieges. (Sieges are way too frequently abandoned for no reason)
I just had france siege down a fort for half a year with some decent progress. Then England landed a 85 levy stack in a nearby province.
What does France do? Pull its whole 15k doom stack from the siege to go chase that tiny stack. They even had another 3k stack in the area they could have used, but no they abandon the siege without hestiation.
More generally, for the whole war, england had a vassal in the south of france. France and allies had 3-4 big stack sieging down different forts, but before capturing any of them, they'd move them for one reason or another (e.g. to move them to a different front, chase a small stack, etc.). Thus, those forts survived uncaptured for years of the war.
The AI needs to be smarter about not abandoning sieges in progress.
