Been struggling with PE what can I do?

I’m 21 M and I used to watch porn and masturbate regularly but I got into a relationship where I stopped watching porn and masturbating myself since I have her, when we 1st were talking I lasted 10-20 mins even a hour.

now I can’t go more than a few mins without stopping her it’s been 5 months since I’ve really masturbated or watched something and I’m so much more sensitive since I stopped out of respect for her. Kinda at a loss… I like that I don’t watch porn or jerk off but it trades off with me not lasting is that usually the case if you stop masturbating on your own and watching porn?
