Noise issue in the apartment above

Living in The Gardens ,

the kid who stays above my apartment plays cricket daily inside his room and makes loud noises , it sounds like a bomb exploding , hitting hard with his bat and throwing ball on the wall

Landlord , Security all gave warnings but still not solved.

Pathetic parents , they think the whole building is theirs

And not listening to anyone.

When we called police we were told to tell the municipality , when we complained in municipality they told us landlord should interfere.

Can anyone help with a solution?
