Can most of us already notice the climate being noticeably different compared to when we were growing up?

I was just thinking back to how much it snowed on Halloween as a 5 year old, and also how essentially every other year after that growing up, you would have to awkwardly stuff a full winter outfit under whatever costume you decided to wear in order to keep warm. Nowadays I can go out bundled in just a hoodie and I'm good to go, it feels like it should be strange being alive this short and already noticing stark differences, do you guys relate at all?
