Sim cards in Portugal

Can you guys please help me choose the cheapest Portuguese SIM Card without plans if possible ? I just need a sim card I have a Portuguese friend so I would ask her to buy it on my behalf and keep it for my small business as European real number. Can the people already living in Portugal give me some suggestions regarding this ?
