New Major Event concept with fewer raiders topside

Pretty much what the title says, but I was thinking how fun it would be to have a new major event called something like "Quarantined" or similar where it cuts the number of raiders topside down to something like 1/3 of normal numbers. It could keep the arc numbers the same but you would be running into fewer players topside. The narrative behind it could be something about some illness outbreak that caused a majority of raiders from needing to be quarantined.

I feel like this would be the anti-PvPers favorite mode lol
