Winter coat brands for southern Sweden

We are moving to Sweden in 2.5 weeks. We currently live in an area that is considerably colder, but not as wet as Lund/Malmo. We will not have a car and be commuting and getting around on foot, bike, and public transit. Our kids have worn Reima for years and I love them. I wish they had adult options.

What waterproof or highly water resistant brands of coats for adults should I look at? I would love something similar to Reima in terms of down (I know now always the best for water/rain), lightweight, and waterproof. I'm in the U.S. now and would love to get that squared away prior to moving. I have been wearing a Uniqlo down coat for years that has lost most of it's warmth in many places and is not water resistant at all.
