DD rare chest timer fixed?

Hello everyone, I played the game when it came out, got to DD and left not long after. I logged on during the event and to refuel my base.

I got the urge to play again this week and was wondering if they ever fixed the DD chest timer? I know a few months ago they tried to change the timer, which resulter in bugs where it wouldn’t refresh for 12 hours or so.

How about now, is the timer fixed? Is it a set time or random between X and Y minutes?

Thanks!
