The Sims 4 UI Cheats

So I keep trying to download the Sims 4 UI cheets after the latest update of the game but its clicked or something. The download doesn't appear in the ZIP folder but as a separate link right above it, which doesn't register as a MOD when I move it to my MODS folder and delete the O.G. download after its been coppied. Is this happening to anyone else? Or am I doing it wrong?
