Photo trouble even with photo box - advice, please!

However, I'm still dealing with so much glare from the lights that I can't get a picture!

I also am having issues with my phone changing the color and sharpness of the photos after I take them. I have a Google Pixel 7 Pro - which otherwise has an absolutely phenomenal camera haha.

Does anyone have any advice? What have you tried that has worked for you? Any ideas I can experiment with?
