The Hardest Part of Real Estate Isn’t What You Think
Hi agents, I keep hearing that contracts, comps, and negotiations are the most difficult aspects of real estate. To be honest? I'm beginning to believe that it's the people.
Managing expectations, determining how much honesty a customer can tolerate, and deciding when to push or back off are all quite taxing. And those transactions that seem "perfect on paper" but keep you up at night? I won't even begin.
Which agreements to back out of and which battles are worthwhile? Because sealing the sale is fantastic, but maintaining the human element? That's the true difficulty.
