Ended up doing a dispute with my credit card after heybikes horrible customer service.

New ranger 3.0 showed up missing the tools to put it together and the screws to attach the front fender were missing. Heybike refused to send the missing parts so I went out and bought them. Finally tried to charge the battery and it took 3 days to finally get a green light on the charger. Heybike wants $200 for me to return it. I can't deal with this BS customer service anymore. Ended up filing a dispute with my credit card and we will see how it goes.

Heybike... Never ever again. If you see this and are thinking of getting a heybike run away. Run away fast.
