I have some "requirements" while they are not necessarily strict as in most are not strictly necessary. These are however good guidelines.

Physical appearance. I do not find your size to be very important something in a range from mid 20 to mid 30 seems decent (yes that is high normal to obese). If you are not in this range do not let it discourage you to much, it is a soft limit.
