Questline: The lone flute man.

Quest line.

The child of a raider is looking for answers. Their only family member, their uncle, was killed topside. He was a pacifist, and only played flute for people and arc alike. The wounds on their uncle were clearly caused by a raider.

They also found an illegal broadcast system where individuals were filming their experiences topside. Two specific ones came to mind, one that had the face of an aprocot (peanut), and one that is vaguely looking like a samurai (ninja). They seemed to be show casing their proud actions of killing other raiders online for profit during the broadcast.

The child spend the better part of (X time) learning as much as they could about the arc. And now has developed camera systems that they wish the player to put around top side, and piggy back their signal.

They are teaming up with the other traders in Speranza, and need your help.

Once placed Speranza will look at methods of "dealing with" these murderers for profit.
