Rednote account throttled?

TLDR: Received violation warning 3 months ago for sharing wechat. Haven't shared my wechat for 5+ weeks, 10 days ago views suddenly nose dived and exposures have dropped. Any advice?

Hi all, not sure if asking in an English language forum will get me the answers I'm looking for, hopefully so but if not I'd also appreciate any links to Chinese forums where I could get some advice on this!

I am a content creator on XHS with 20k+ followers. About 3 months ago I received a warning for sharing my wechat account. I use XHS for my business, so continued to share but changing how I shared the account. Fully aware I shouldn't have done this BTW but it's pretty standard on there for small businesses to find creative ways to share their contact details.

My account continues to function as normal for 3 months. I actually had not had any business enquiries for a while (5+ weeks since the last time I shared my wechat), but suddenly about 10 days ago my views dropped off a cliff. I have not reached 1000 views in any of my last 5 or 6 posts.

I'm assuming it's related to the warning I got 3 months ago but it seems weird that the throttling would suddenly take place 10 days ago, 5 weeks after my last "violation".

Does anyone have any idea how I can find out what's going on without endangering my account further? Or am I just going to be under strict monitoring forever and should just give up on the account?
