Can't unlock Cinderella

Does anyone else have an issue with the fairy godmother quest? I got the quest in my mailbox and found the glass slipper but when I talk to the fairy godmother (both inside and outside her house) there is no quest dialogue option. I restarted my game and it's still not working!
