Need help with Evofox Elite X wired controller

I bought this wired controller & when I'm connecting it on my PC, green light is showing means it is turned on & 4 blue lights are coming, In windows settings under Bluetooth & Devices > Devices there is one device showing USB Input Device & there is nothing showing in Game controller(joy.cpl) settings, I tried pressing Evofox Home button for 15 sec EZ button for 15 sec, EZ with EZ Right & EZ Left button but still nothing happens, tried on another PC & on another port same problem, what I'm doing wrong? This is my first time using a controller.
