Why chess clocks are so expensive?

I was looking for chess clocks and they were starting from ₹1500. Good quality ones may cost ₹4000-₹5000.

You can get board and pieces of good quality under ₹500 but the clocks are so expensive.

If someone knows from where I can purchase good quality chess clocks under budget.
