Lenovo LOQ 16IRH8. Internal keyboard suddenly stopped working after driver update

I’m having a weird issue with my Lenovo LOQ 16IRH8 and hoping someone here has seen this before.

My internal keyboard suddenly started lagging on a few keys. I uninstalled the keyboard driver to reset it, and after restarting, the driver came back, but the entire keyboard stopped working in Windows.

The strange part is it works perfectly in BIOS, Fn keys still work, and it works in Safe Mode.

But it’s completely dead otherwise. But external keyboard works fine.

Has anyone had this happen? And what might fix it?
