What causes a J35Z2 to smoke & smell like something is burning after heavy acceleration?

I’ve had the oil pan replaced, valve cover gaskets & valve cover replaced, spark plug seals replaced.

Additional Info

• The smoke usually comes from the passenger side behind the engine

• I have a power steering leak if that matters
