Kompakt stuck on blank, black screen

Has anyone had a similar issue?

After not using my Kompakt for a few weeks, I decided to go back to it. I started charging it, only to find that the screen doesn't light up at all. On the Mudita Center app, I can see that the battery is charging with no issue, and goes up to 100%, leaving it for two days drained the battery. The silent+ button gives me a haptic response, but trying to factory reset it via the volume up+power button does nothing.

I've reached out to support and hope to hear back from them soon, but I'm curious if anyone's ever faced a similar issue or found a solution. I could use a break from screentime soon!
