Deck Building Help

TL;DR: Need standard format suggestions similar to Skutank G (galactic) -for some reason this got flagged in TCG Reddit so I’m asking here now

I’m new to Pokemon TCG but I’ve played EDH MTG a long time. I didn’t know that in pokemon standard format theres a rotation, so much older cards just aren’t allowed, which sucks because I built my deck off poison and heavily around skutank (galactic) to poison from the bench and add counters to my Pokemon to make them deal more dmg based off counters on them.. This leads to this 2 part post .

1. ⁠Is there a website I can look at for knowledge on what cards are/arent allowed and when rotations occur, etc.
2. ⁠Any suggestions for this play style since skutank isn’t possible to have in the deck I’m building. I was thinking Galarian Weezing but it doesn’t feel the same with not being able addcounters not being able to do so from bench. Sorry for long post and thanks for the help.
