Religious OCD

Is there any way i can escape from this OCD i don't like it man i want to say something good about God or jesus or Holy spirit and accidentally say something bad is there any forgiveness for me any hope that i can win this fight and don't have these blasphemous and unwanted thoughts what should i do please pray for me that Jesus will deliver me i don't want to believe these lies and bad things to think about them or pronounce inside of me please give me any tips to overcome it God Bless you
