I purchased the Be Lenka Winter 3.0 a few weeks ago and it's basically become my primary winter boot. I mainly wear these to the office, out & about for errands, and while dog-walking. I did buy these as "slightly used" off eBay so they were probably a bit broken in already, but straight out of the packaging they were very comfy. My foot measures 10.3"/26.1cm and is more on the narrow side so an EU size 41 is what I usually wear, but I wanted room for thick socks and went up to a 42. This was the right move, since my toes have plenty of room even with my thickest socks. The lining keeps my feet warm even while sitting in my office, and while out walking my feet stay pretty toasty. I will say that on colder days (for reference I'm in the US Midwest, coldest temps I've been out in so far have been between 10-20 F/-12 - -6 C) when my dog wants to stop and sniff something for a while I can feel the cold leaching up through the soles a bit, but I think that's pretty normal for barefoot shoes. Once I get moving again it's not an issue though. I did apply a waterproofing spray since we deal with a lot of puddles, slush, etc and so far my feet have stayed nice and dry, although I plan to avoid walking through any deep puddles or slush higher than my ankle. The grip has been very good on the typical compressed snow & ice patches I encounter on the sidewalk, pure sheet ice might be a different story though, but in that case you'd probably want spikes or something. Overall I'm really happy with these boots for everyday wear and winter walking and hope they hold up!
