As an odd little detail, I decided that the oceans on Enomeni were more alkaline than the ones on Earth due to a slightly higher abundance of silica in the planet; an example of this is that typical mineral soils have 4%-5% more silica than their counterparts on Earth (27%+4%=31% or 28%+5%=32%).

My hypothesis for this reason is that Enomeni formed in a silicate-rich protoplanetary disk around its K-type star, Sutare. Along with other factors such as early magma oceans rich in silicate materials and tectonics favoring silica exposure due to an initial lower number of carbonates.

Now, back to the water. If you were to drink the freshwater, to which I've given an average alkalinity of 7.8 pH, it would have a slightly alkaline taste, with it being more "intense" than heavy water, which has a pH of 7.44. Also, 7.2-7.8 is the ideal range for pool water, so it would be like drinking from a swimming pool, minus the chlorine, obvs.

If you were to drink the seawater, however. If it weren't for the silicate and, well, salt, it would still be safe to drink, although bitter. But if you were to include the silicates and salts, it would be harsher than seawater, making you dehydrated much faster. But, it still is safe-ish to drink; just don't drink too much of it, or you'll get similar symptoms to when you consume too much seawater on Earth.

In all actuality, the fact that water is slightly more alkaline doesn't mean all that much at first glance. Though the origin plays an incredible factor in how Enomeni was formed, particularly when considering the differences between organic and mineral soils found on our home planet and this alien planet.
