I 21M wants to break up with my partner

Hi I just needed some advice as I moved to a completely different city for my partner so we didn’t have to do long distance. It was fine for the first few months but now I dont like it here at all and wanna go back to my original city where I have friends and family but my partner wouldn’t do long distance again and would split up with me. What should I do
