Hiring Process at BIS (Basel)

Hi everyone! I'm interested in applying to the BIS, since it is one of the limited companies or employers that actually consider hiring foreigners and help with the relocation process. However, I've found quite diverse opinions regarding the working environment and even the hiring process (e.g. processes taking months without any update that end up in silent refusal...). Does anyone currently work at the BIS who can give me some updated information? Thanks a lot! 🤗
