Stuck in Valet Mode for the next 7-10 days.

2025 Sonata Hybrid Limited. Left my car at the shop for a warranty issue where the entire cluster goes out. Sometimes it took the headlights, HUD, and infotainment with it (a fun feature at night). Decided to use BlueLink to put it in Valet Mode (which did tell me that someone hit 85mph in the 3 days it was left. They told me all they did was plug in a diagnostic reader to tell them it was the coaxial cable...)

Anyways, while I wait 6 weeks for the part, I decided to take my car back. Except, now it is exclusively stuck in Valet Mode. Called customer service, they tried pushing the request. The app said it was a successful request, but the car still is in Valet mode. It also hasn't updated the vehicle status or accepted requests like lock doors etc since it left the dealer. However, I do still get panic alerts from the vehicle so it is somehow connected.

Long story short, I lost my right use my speedometer and now use anything in the infotainment system all in 3 days. I have to wait for an engineer to respond to my case and then wait for the part for the other issue. For now it is darkness and silence ✨️
