^(📝 Appointment Setter)

^(The Appointment Setter is responsible for being a first point of contact for customers and inbound inquiries. They are responsible for answering the phone to book appointments and/or transfer people to the correct department.)

^(They are primarily responsible for pre-sales conversions via appointments for the Sales Team, following up on leads/inquiries, and nurturing prospects to conversion.)

^(• 3-5+ years of experience with customer service and call handling. • 1+ years in sales or upselling preferred • Ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities and be adaptable to one’s environment. • Strong problem solver. • Experience working with technical programs (Sales Force, Outlook)
