osaka castle illuminage

hi! i’m interested in going to see the osaka castle during the day but i heard that there’s a winter event (osaka castle illuminage) and i wanted to ask how to go for both because i know that there’s special tickets for the event

is it possible to go to osaka castle at around 2pm then stay all the way until at night? thanks!
