Chance me for admission and scholarship as indian applicant!

So I'm planning to apply for the Mechanical engineering program from India, I got a 98.4% in my class 10th ICSE curriculum Examination (best five) and then I switched schools and curriculums to CBSE. I was also preparing for JEE and it took me a while to get used to CBSE and my new teachers so my 11th grade finals performance went down to 85%. I'll give my boards next year and am confident ill get AT LEAST 90%, maybe even more. I have a few EC's but only from 10th grade, including National level MUN participations , student council president, awards for first place in school and yeah. What's my chances of getting offer from KAIST for regular round? I also had a doubt regarding the application process, I have studied in 2 highschools, how do I mention that while applying?
