Something about the original creator of KinitoPET After Story

So here's what happened. I got KinitoPET After Story some time ago and it was pretty outdated for a while. It was version 1.0.0 and it had a lot of weirdness like how Kinito would sometimes refer to himself as Bonzi or the internet search features not working

I go to update it through Laser Boy Studios' GameJolt page and find absolutely nothing except for the TADC desktop buddy that also uses MS Agent. I do eventually get the latest version but I get curious and start digging a little

I find out trough the Agentpedia page of Kinito that Laser Boy Studios turned out to be problematic and I get curious. I look him up and I don't see anything that lists out what he had done in order to be considered problematic. If anyone can relay the information onto me, that would be appreciated
