Earthbending and Graft lands

How does Earthbending work with lands that have Graft, like Llanowar Reborn? Reminded text for Graft: “This permanent enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter in it. Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, you may move a +1/+1 counter from that land onto it.” My assumption is that Graft lands are great with Earthbending. You earthbend 3 with Llanowar Reborn, it becomes a 4/4 land creature, 3 +1/+1s from the earthbend 3 and 1 from Graft. Additionally, you can therefore turn Earthbending into creatures entering the battlefield with +1/+1 counters. But I wanted to run this interaction through others first.
