Should I tell my bsf that I relapsed (and how to tell them)??

Ok so I was never REALLY clean but I just didn’t cut for a while and told them that. Cuz it had been abt a month, but now I’m back in it. Like cutting most days stuff like that. So should I tell them?? And if so how do I tell them without stressing them tf out? I’d appreciate any advice 🙏
