Citi Strata and Custom Cash Points Redemption

I have had the Custom cash card for 3 years. I just opened a Citi Strata card ($0 annual fee). I will be receiving 30,000 points for the welcome offer.

These points are worth $150 if used as a statement credit or cash back. I tried to link my custom cash to my thankyou account but I didn’t see it there.

Can these points be combined and redeemed for 1 cent per point using the custom cash?
