Aoc Agon Pro AG326UD - Is the LED supposed to blink when doing a pixel refresh?

This is my first oled, when tge pixel refresh starts it blinks white 1 time at the start then stays dark until I start the monitor again. Usually I give it 10-15 minutes but theres no indicator which shows me if its done or not.

Is it supposed to be like this? Aint it supposed to be blinking orange when the pixel refresh is done? I mean that is what the manual says.
