Eupd (bpd) +cptsd & financial support

Does anyone know if / or about any services available to help financially for a individual suffering with mental health such as Bpd/ & cptsd, this person works part time, and attends dbt and individual therapy, but the cost of living is making it extremely difficult on there mental health and extra support is needed financially that isn’t going to further affect there emotional state. Kind advice only please.
