Home care provider Melbourne northern suburbs

Can anybody please recommend a good aged care home care provider in Melbourne's northern suburbs? Specifically around Greensborough. Parents are currently with Dovida, and we're quite unhappy with their (lack of) service. I live in Brisbane, so unfamiliar with providers 2,000km away.
