Licensed store to corporate

Hi everyone, I recently started at a corporate store after working a licensed store for years. However, I never get any bar time and I’m always placed on front during peak. I just saw a TikTok with a lot of people agreeing that rehires are the worse to train & I saw multiple people agreeing they are annoying to deal with. This honestly did not help my work anxiety and I really want to quit but I’m not in the position to. Any advice, and am I doing something wrong?
