Do i still have a chance or should i forget about it and find happiness somewhere else?

im 31 and have no experience whatsoever, no car and still live with my parents. these 3 things always stop me whenever i get the idea of putting myself out there. it feels like i screwed myself by not trying in my 20s and now it's too late. I feel like there would never be a second date once women my age learn these things. I've heard before that some women don't want to be the one to have to teach a guy. but it can't honestly be that bad? like compared to political views or who they are as a person? that's the last thing I would care about. and please don't bother with any sort resume or hiring an employee analogies. as for my living situation, i live in Massachusetts where the average rent is over 2,000. so i can't just save up money my way out of this and im not mooching off my parents what so ever im paying my share. i have no excuse for the car situation though that's all on me. just wondering if i have a decent chance out there. i would prefer serious answers only
