So i kiss my wife and tease her sexually(you get the plot) and now i see alot of released in my underwear to a point i can't tell if its premature ejaculation or the amount of lubrication.

I need help to differentiate practically between lubrication and premature ejaculation. And the ruling for ghusl based on this.
