Anxiety and Depression

Which one did you have a better experience if you suffer from both anxiety/depression?

I'm currently on Vyvanse and am looking to add an SSRI for my severe anxiety (general + social ) /moderate depression/CPTSD.

My previous experience with Paxil has been great but it does make me gain some weight and inhibits CYP2D6 (Vyvanse is partially metabolized by CYP2D6).

So just wanted to know if Lexapro would be better choice?
