Moonshine band credits

Hi good folk.

The quality of music in the moonshine shack is sublime. Ok, they seem to have a hangup on the one christmas song right now, but it still is objectively well performed.

So I crave knowing who the IRL band(s) is/are? Nothing to be found in credits?
