Eyeliner and Mascara For Wedding Recs?

I’m doing the wedding makeup for myself and my sister, and I’m desperately searching for a vanta black, waterproof, sweat-proof, smudge-proof, basically bulletproof eyeliner and mascara.

I was considering Inglot, but I’ve seen a lot of recent reviews saying the reformulation isn’t great.

Any recommendations for something that truly does not move? 🙏
