Can you guys eat?

Hi everybody, writing from my job. I started a night shift 12s job in July and have since lost like 30 pounds, at first it was great because I was overweight but it isn’t stopping. I find that I can’t really eat at night? Is this common, I can eat sometimes but not always. I’m staring at a very delicious calzone, stomach growling, yet if I take a bite I will gag.

Any thoughts or tips for me?
