I want to open a company in Vienna but I’m still learning German.

Im looking into opening a business here in the tourism industry directed mostly to Spanish and English speaking tourists. My German is still A2 level and I’m going daily to German intensive classes. What do I need to know? Any tips? Is it even possible with a relatively low level of German?
