What is affecting eDPI?

So I wanted to check my eDPI and I don’t really know how to count it. My DPI is 800, and sens is 0.85, but I am not understanding what is really affecting my eDPI from windows settings - like windows sens (i got 10), mouse pointer speed (6/11) or pointer precision (off). Can you help me to understand that?
