Broke up with my Ex last night nd the realisations have been hitting me,Lmk if you share a few too?

Long story short i broke up with my ex last night and yes it wasnt mutual nor she let me i said it to her nd blocked her on everywhere. Since then I have been feeling shit about how me considering myself as a 'Man' and believing my emotions werent imp has led to me being abused.

Plenty of such instances have hppnd to just give some context when last night I showed displeasure at her behaviour instead of actually listening and acknowledging like I do when she cried or wasnt happy,She got defensive aggressive taunting and tried to use absurd shit logic to disapprove her behaviour and when she knew it was failing,she wantes to cut the call which Ik I didnt deserve hence i broke up

I wanna ask my fellow brethen about their experiences nd how following Conventional model of masculinity isnt suitable in such times.
