How Are You All Handling Content Discovery at Scale?

Discussion

I've been talking to a lot of marketers lately and noticed we all seem to be battling the same issue. Creating content isn't the hard part anymore. It's figuring out what to create before the writing even begins.

For agencies or marketers who manage multiple brands, the challenge only gets bigger.
Most teams still manually:

  • scan Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, and communities
  • review competitor content
  • check trends
  • dig through comments
  • build lists of ideas from scratch

It works, but it's slow and hard to maintain consistently.

I've been experimenting with a workflow that uses automated content discovery to surface what people are actually talking about across UGC platforms. Curatora is one tool I’ve been testing that collects questions, trending angles, and conversations in a niche so you spend less time hunting and more time executing.

Curious how you all are doing it.
Do you rely on research, analytics, intuition, or a specific system/tool?
What does your content discovery process look like when you need ideas at scale?
