I wonder if there are other representatives of Hell and Heaven on Earth?

In s2e1 Shax said to Crowley ‘I’m now Hell’s representative in London’. So I wonder there are some other pairs of demon+angel in different parts of Earth. I don’t know if NG left the official notes about it but I offer you to imagine how it could work. Do Aziraphale and Crowley have any connections or real relationship with other representatives? Could the others have some arrangement like the ineffable pair has? If Aziraphale and Crowley manage only the European part of the planet should it mean that people living in rest of Earth are less happy and lucky?
